1. Products and Services

Through the website, you can order: - personalized mirror business cards - premium products - additional packaging - other personalized cards. Products are manufactured according to the data, design, and materials selected by the customer during ordering.

2. Personalization

The customer can enter business name, name, phone, e-mail, address, web, social networks, QR code, logo, photos, and other elements via the editor. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data and the usage rights of the uploaded materials. The customer confirms that the submitted materials do not violate third-party rights or applicable regulations.

3. Digital Preview / Design Verification

Before production starts, the customer can preview and confirm the final look of the personalized product. After confirming the final design, the product is sent to production.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR. [VAT is included / We are outside the VAT system]. Shipping costs and possible additional costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Order and Contract

The customer selects the product, quantity, creates the design, enters data, reviews the order, accepts the terms, and pays. After that, KARTA. confirms the order and starts production.

6. Payment

Available payment methods: card payment and bank transfer. [KARTA. does not store your card data; it is processed through a secure payment provider].

7. Production and Shipping Time

For personalized products, the estimated delivery time is approximately [X-Y] business days from design confirmation and received payment.

8. Design Confirmation

Before confirming the order, the customer must check all data in the final preview (spelling, numbers, emails, URLs, QRs, logos, colors). After design confirmation and the start of production, changes are possible only if KARTA. can technically accept them and if production has not yet started.

9. Colors and Material

The color display on the screen may differ from the actual product due to screen settings and printing technology. Minor deviations in color that do not affect functionality are not considered a defect.

10. QR Codes

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and functionality of the link provided for the QR code. KARTA. is not responsible for the destination content.

11. Copyright and Content

KARTA. brand, logo, web, editor, graphical solutions, and texts are protected. The customer is solely responsible for the materials they upload.

12. Editor and Technical Responsibility

KARTA. strives to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee it will be available without interruptions or technical difficulties.

13. Custom Design by KARTA.

Upon request, KARTA. can create a design proposal based on the provided materials. [Define number of revisions, price, and rejection rights here].
