1. Personalized Products and the Right of Withdrawal

Since the products are manufactured according to the customer's specifications and personalized to their choice, the right to unilateral termination of the contract does not apply, as defined by applicable regulations for personalized goods.

2. Complaints

In the event of a complaint, the customer must send: order number, problem description, product photos, packaging photos if damaged, and possibly a video. KARTA. may request additional information.

3. Shipping Damage

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is recommended that the customer immediately records the damage with the courier and contacts KARTA. as soon as possible.
